Orchid Plants from Élan Flowers come in a variety of vessels and sizes. We hand-select our orchids from our vendors/growers to ensure freshness and longevity.
Our designers re-pot, arrange, and manicure our orchids to display and support the blooms. We complete the planting with fresh moss, to give an organic feel to the angular stems and root base.
Selections range from our Mini Orchid Garden in a low round white ceramic planter, to our Élan Signature Arrangement in a bronze urn using tall Phalaenopsis orchids. Our extra-large Garden of Orchids is made up of varying heights in either white or fuchsia tones. We also offer Phalaenopsis orchids in single, double or triple stems planted in contemporary white ceramic vases. Orchids are a lovely gift to yourself or a special someone who appreciates classic elegance and natural beauty!
Care Instructions
Most orchid plants bloom for three to four weeks with minimal care. Feed with one ice cubes’-worth of water near the roots, once a week to ensure the plant's root system stays moist. Overwatering or leaving the roots soaking in water will quickly cause the plant to die.
When the orchid blooms finally shed, the plant can be kept and the expired stems should be cut down to the first node above the root at a 45-degree angle. Continue to care for your orchid in the same way and it can (possibly) re-bloom the following year.
