At Élan Flowers, the final mile is part of the design.
Every arrangement that leaves our studio at 1 Worth Street is carried, not shipped. From the placement of the final stem to the moment an arrangement reaches your door, it is handled by someone who understands exactly how it should look when it arrives.
This is a distinction that makes a significant difference. Flowers are fragile, and by nature perishable. Our designers carefully pack each arrangement, and our delivery team takes the same care in transit, so every design arrives looking as beautiful as it did the moment it left the studio. Hand delivery lets us protect the details that define an Élan arrangement: the exact angle of each stem, the tension of the wrap, the placement of every bloom within the spiral.
Delivery in New York is never quite as simple as it sounds. In Tribeca and SoHo, our team navigates cobblestone streets that have both charmed and challenged delivery teams for over a century. Midtown East brings its own adventure, with road closures and diversions around the United Nations that can turn a ten-minute trip into a twenty-minute detour. In the West Village, our drivers have mastered the art of narrow, one-way streets that seem designed more for horse-drawn carriages than delivery vans.
Hand delivery means we bring human touch all the way to the doorstep. Our delivery team represents Élan just as much as our designers do, arriving with care, on time, and always with a handwritten note attached to the arrangement with a satin ribbon.
Whether it's a weekly subscription delivered to an office, a proposal bouquet arriving just in time, or a gift sent across the city, hand delivery is our way of making sure Élan's promise doesn't end at the studio door. It travels with the flowers, all the way to you.
